Busy week again with alot of mma, work and practising. Going home to my parents over the weekend and visit some friends etc.
Totally pumped for the ufc 109 on saturday, couture vs coleman...shit those dudes are OLD! Legends in the sport so it`s gonna be nice. Couture will "manhandle" him in two rounds and then it`s over. I`m not gonna say to much but Coleman hasn`t been looking to sharp lately compared to Couture who also has lost but met alot tougher competition!
I`m not gonna get too nerdy here, after all it`s not an mma blog.
Can`t wait to meet my buddies from skindred again on the 19th. They`re playing at sticky fingers and it`s a friday so it`s gonna be beer time for sure. They`re a sick live band so if you are in the neighbourhood you have to goooooo!
